With Liberating Structures it is possible to awaken a participative and agile behaviour in meetings, planning sessions, classrooms or workshops. Liberating Structures productively disrupt conventional patterns in how we work together. They change dramatically the way results are generated without expensive investments, complicated training, or dramatic shifts in organizational structures.
What is an Immersion?
Maybe the best way to describe an Immersion is visualizing yourself learning a new language, living for a period of time in a new country. It would be an immersive experience, which means intense, deep and sometimes, discombobulating...😜
In an Immersion we experience the Liberating Structures at all times, structuring all interactions with the group.

This will be our 41st Immersion, and both in the in-person and virtual formats, during an Immersion we intentionally experience various Liberating Structures, structuring, optimizing, and reflecting on how interactions within the group occur.
