Events Design Workshop

The Art & Science to boost engagement and collaboration

February 24th, from 9:00am to 12:00pm PST

The Workshop

In this Workshop, the facilitators Fernando and Carolina will share their process to design agendas to achieve high level of engagement and collaboration with groups of any size.

Both have over 20 years of experience in designing and facilitating events with participants from different industries, contexts and cultures, both online and in face-to-face (in person).

In this 3-hour workshop the Facilitators will discuss the 3 main concepts they use when design events, and you will be able to apply those immediately, adding value to your own way of designing agendas.

Contents

In this Workshop, the concepts will be presented asynchronously, and the practice will happen live together, deepening your understanding of the following aspects:

✅ Adding Perspective

✅ Analyzing the parts
How to create and validate options for the beginning, middle and end of an event

✅ Creating the Narrative
How to connect all the parts in a flow
