With Liberating Structures it is possible to awaken a participative and agile behaviour in meetings, planning sessions, classrooms or workshops. Liberating Structures productively disrupt conventional patterns in how we work together. They change dramatically the way results are generated without expensive investments, complicated training, or dramatic shifts in organizational structures.

Maybe the best way to describe an Immersion is visualizing yourself learning a new language, living for a period of time in a new country. It would be an immersive experience, which means intense, deep and sometimes, discombobulating...😜

👨💻👩💻 Virtual Immersion?
This will be our 52nd Immersion! During the pandemic, we re-designed our 2-day in-person workshop into 4 dynamic and interactive online sessions, each lasting 3 hours, via Zoom. This format allows a deep dive into the world of Liberating Structures in a consistent learning experience. The virtual interaction becomes also a stepping stone to enhancing your in-person facilitation skills.
Throughout these 4 weeks, you will experience a multitude of Liberating Structures, unlocking their potential for various scenarios and contexts. Together, we'll unravel the endless combinations and applications of LS, equipping you with versatile tools to boost your practice.

In our platform you will access lots of contents , videos, links, and also some assignments to support your learning journey.
All live sessions will be recorded, and will stay available for you for one full year inside the platform!
Pre-Requisites
To get the most of this Immersion, it is important to have:
✅ Good Internet connection using a desktop or laptop;
✅ Basic fluency in Zoom;
✅ Basic fluency in Google Drive (Google Docs and Slides);
✅ Around 2 hours per week for study & practice.
